My overall experience was fantastic, with the highlight being the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team. I stayed for 21 nights, and every time I returned to my room after a long day, it was always in pristine condition. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, especially Abid and Krishna, for their outstanding efforts in making my stay comfortable.

The buffet featured a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service and ensuring that everything was well-stocked and clean. The ambience of the dining area was warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. This is my 3rd stay over the month and had an overall satisfactory experience. Aldrin handled my check-in process efficiently. He was polite and provided all necessary information, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The room was clean and adequately furnished. During checkout, Maria assisted me. She was courteous and quick with the process, addressing my billing inquiries with patience. However, I did feel that the overall customer service could benefit from a bit more warmth and enthusiasm. In summary, Grand Kingsgate Jaddaf Waterfront provided a decent stay with room for improvement in certain areas. I appreciated the professionalism of Aldrin and Maria.

I had a great stay at this property, I came with a friend for New Year’s Eve and the value for money was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had a really late flight the next day and was able to extend my check out time until 6pm for an extremely reasonable price. All the staff were extremely polite and couldn’t help me enough. The hotel was extremely modern and clean.

Its located in a nice location next to a canal quiet and pleasant. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Bobby at the front desk who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was nice and the room overlooked a beautiful view

i like to extend my gratitude to the good and approachable staffs of this hotel especially nikki, danica, maria, and bellman chandra and the Manager Charlton for the whole stay . Its been a great experience. They made my stay a memorable and a pleasant one, they have been so helpful and attentive on my needs during my stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone.
